Come to Ballyhoura, stay at Ballyhoura Forest Homes, and enjoy the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails, the largest trail network of it’s kind in Ireland.

Set in the scenic wooded countryside of rural Ireland – the ultimate of sylvan serenity with access to outdoor pursuits. The holiday homes are all 3 bedroomed, 1 double room en-suite and 2 twin rooms, with 2 bathrooms, and have a lovely living room with big open fire. The kitchens are fully equipped. All of the properties are suitable for disabled access. Indoor and outdoor recreation facilities, guided river walks and babysitting can be arranged.

Forest Homes are ideally situated for exploring the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails, local outdoor adventures and the great variety of way marked walks.

Facilites include a new multi purpose meeting room, suitable for all sorts of activities, and open air activity areas for the kids. The meeting room is adjacent to the 10, four star detached holiday homes, set in this tranquil woodland area, making the location ideal for those organising yoga retreats, meditation, art and workshop weekends. It is also perfect for companies who wish to bring their colleagues and staff together away from the stresses of daily office routine, for re-training or just to brainstorm in a beautifully quiet environment.

The meeting room is bright and spacious with high ceiling, wooden floor, and plenty of light. It measures 25.5’ x 15.5’, and has a large plasma screen for presentations, toilet facilities and tea/coffee making facilities on site. It is available to groups staying in the properties at an extra charge.

Outside amongst the trees, there are brand new activity/play areas for toddlers and 9 – 13 year olds with wooden climbing frames and activities.
